What’s included in our packages
All seven packages share the same foundation. What sets them apart is the areas, the hotel standard and how many experiences are built in.
Hotel or villa
Hand-picked hotels and villas in each area, from comfortable 3★ to 5★ and private villas with a pool. Breakfast included.
Private transport
Airport pick-up, a private driver between areas and fast boats to the islands where the trip goes there. No haggling needed.
Excursions and experiences
Selected day trips such as Mt. Batur, Nusa Penida or Uluwatu at sunset, with local guides we know personally.
A fixed contact person
One person follows you from the first proposal until you’re home again, including while you’re in Bali.
Travel guarantee
Our package trips are covered by the Norwegian Travel Guarantee Fund and the Package Travel Act, so your money is protected. How you’re protected.
Flights can be added
Prices are per person without flights. If you’d like flights, we add them to the same booking.

A hotel or villa with breakfast, airport pick-up, private transport between areas, fast boats where the trip goes to the islands, selected excursions with a local guide and a fixed contact person. Flights aren’t included in the price, but can be added.
Our packages cost from $1,799 per person for the Budget Package up to $4,499 for Luxury Bali, without flights. Return flights from Europe usually cost $800–1,600. See how much a trip to Bali costs.
No, prices are without flights, so you can use points or choose your own airline. If you’d like, we add flights to the same booking.
Yes. Every package can be tailored: more days, a different area, a better hotel, an extra island or other excursions. Many people use a package as a starting point and adjust it. See package or tailor-made.
Yes. ReadySetIsland AS is a Norwegian travel company and a member of the Norwegian Travel Guarantee Fund. Our package trips follow the Package Travel Act (based on the EU Package Travel Directive), so your money is protected if anything happens.
Yes. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking. After that, and until 66 days before departure, you pay the deposit plus a $200 fee per person. 65–36 days before departure the fee is 50% of the price, and 35 days or less before departure there is no refund, except for public charges. Everything is in our terms for package holidays, and we recommend cancellation insurance.
For July, August and Christmas, book 4–6 months ahead, as the best villas and flight prices go first. The rest of the year, 2–3 months is usually enough.
