How ReadySetIsland came about – and why we do what we do
ReadySetIsland was created for one simple reason:
Making it easier, safer and more meaningful to experience Bali.
After several years in Bali – both as a tourist and through collaboration with local players – we discovered how big a difference there is between traveling to Bali and experiencing Bali the right way . Many Norwegians spend hours planning, comparing activities and worrying about transportation, safety and quality. At the same time, there are an incredible number of amazing experiences that never appear in regular searches.
This is where the idea for ReadySetIsland was born.
🌴 From idea to travel agency
ReadySetIsland started as a desire to collect the best Bali has to offer –
activities, day trips, multi-day trips, package holidays and retreats – in one place.
We wanted to:
- cooperate directly with local suppliers
- offer carefully selected experiences , not mass-produced products
- create journeys that provide memories, not just pictures
- make ordering simple, clear and secure
The result was ReadySetIsland – a Norwegian travel agency with Bali as its specialty, and the world as its playground.
