When you book travel experiences in a country far from home, it’s only natural to have questions. How does it work in practice? What’s included? Who do you contact if something happens? At ReadySetIsland we’ve made it easy, safe and clear to experience Bali – whether you choose a day trip, a multi-day trip or a complete package holiday. Here we explain step by step how it works.

You choose the experience – we tailor it

On our website you’ll find day trips to Ubud, Nusa Penida, Uluwatu and more, activities such as rafting, ATV, snorkelling, surfing and classes, multi-day trips and round trips, as well as package trips and retreats. You can book directly where possible, or send a request with your preferred date, number of travellers and any adjustments. We always confirm availability before anything is binding.

Personal follow-up – no standard solutions

ReadySetIsland isn’t a mass-market agency. When you book with us you get personal contact before the trip, local knowledge from our partners in Bali and suggestions tailored to your wishes – whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, with family or in a group.

Transport and logistics – arranged in advance

For day trips and packages we usually include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a private driver or shared transport depending on the product, and boat transport where relevant – for example to the Nusa islands. You don’t have to negotiate with taxi drivers, find the right harbour or coordinate times yourself. We make it simple and predictable.

Hotels and accommodation

On multi-day trips and package trips we use hand-picked hotels and resorts in locations suited to the experience – beach, nature or culture – in categories from budget to premium. You always get a clear overview of what’s included and alternative suggestions before final booking.

Security, guarantee and local support

When you book through ReadySetIsland you book with a Norwegian travel company that follows the Package Travel Act – with one contact person, not lots of middlemen. If anything happens along the way, we have local partners on hand, and you always know who to contact. That gives you a completely different level of security than booking everything yourself.

Payment and confirmation

Some experiences are paid for directly; others require a request and confirmation first. You always receive a confirmation by email, an itinerary and information before the experience, and clear terms with no hidden costs or surprises.
